At Odhni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Return Eligibility
You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

Items are unused, unworn, and unwashed
Original tags and packaging are intact
No damage, stains, or alterations to the product
Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided
Note: Custom-made, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or made-to-order products
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance
Innerwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
Products with broken seals or removed tags
Gift cards or vouchers

How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@odhni.com or call our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide Details: Share your order number, product details, and reason for return
Get Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization within 24-48 hours
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely with all original packaging and ship it to the address provided
Track Return: Use a trackable shipping method and share the tracking details with us
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:

Defective/Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs. We will arrange for pickup or reimburse your shipping expenses.
Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Wrong Item Sent: We cover all return shipping costs and will send the correct item at no additional charge.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of the returned item
Inspection will be completed within 3-5 business days
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refund will reflect in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we sent you a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage/defect
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
No need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it
We will expedite the replacement shipment at no additional cost

Cancellations
Order cancellations are subject to the following terms:

Before Shipping: You can cancel your order free of charge by contacting us before the item is shipped. Full refund will be processed.
After Shipping: Once shipped, you cannot cancel the order. You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process.
Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit:

Never expires
Can be used on any future purchase
Is non-transferable
Cannot be redeemed for cash
